State Farm® Insurance Agent Melanie Hardy

"We signed up for auto insurance and attempted to get renters insurance but was told we weren’t eligible due to a previous claim. Because of that we retained our existing renters insurance. Two months later we received a call from State Farm offering renters insurance. We agreed and signed up. We then cancelled our old renters policy. Two months later we are informed that our policy was being cancelled because of the previous claim. Melanie offered an apology but was not able to offer any solutions. Melanie placed the blame with a member of her team that she claims has been let go. Melanie stated that she is not able to review the policies produced by her team and so errors happen and there is nothing that can be done about it. I am very dissatisfied with this office and State Farm in general."
